Sept 30, 2006 Skin at Autumn Lights at the Cal Trans Plaza , downtown LA Free show! Cal Trans Plaza 100 N. Main St. in downtown LA. Autum Lights is a festival of light based art with an international array of artists. SKIN is a Cinematic Electronic Experience where music, art, performance, and film collide. Our goal is to create an experience that literally envelops the senses. Their show is the definition of multi-media, synergizing music, film and circus:

Live music accompanies multiple projected images with synchronized lighting. And performers are suspended from fabric while images are projected on their bodies as they perform acrobatic feats overhead.

Each song explores a different theme or emotion, some political, some sensual, some frightening, some hallucinatory. It has been described as a cross between Pink Floyd, Orbital, Cirque Du Soleil and David Lynch. If punk rock and electronica f**ked one night with the video camera on, SKIN would be their illegitimate lovechild who ran away to join the circus.

SKIN has performed live at Electric Daisy Carnival, Burning Man, LA and SF Decompression, Xara, New Year's Eve 2006 Spectaculaire at the Historic Los Angeles Theatre among many other events.

SKIN's debut release is a 2 disc set including a full length 70 minute CD and a full length DVD containing a visual version of the album (each song is it's own unique cinematic experience).

Skin's Debut CD + DVD is a multimedia extravaganza. The CD is a whilwind of styles ranging from Big Beat to Industrial, to Ambient Soundscape to emotional journey.
